If no credits have been used, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment. Credits already used for completed AI character replies are excluded from refunds under applicable e-commerce and digital-content laws.
크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우 결제일로부터 7일 이내 전액 환불이 가능하며, 이미 AI 캐릭터 답변 생성에 사용한 크레딧은 관련 법령에 따른 청약철회 제한 사유에 해당하여 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.
