Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective May 30, 2026 · Based on Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

1. Product and Price

Product	Ploting 1,500 Credits — digital credits used for AI character chat. Each completed AI reply deducts 10 credits; failed delivery or generation is not charged. Ploting AI 캐릭터 대화에 사용하는 1,500 크레딧이며, AI 답변 생성 완료 1회당 10 크레딧이 차감됩니다. 전송·생성 실패 시 차감되지 않습니다.
Price	KRW 14,900, VAT included, one-time payment
Payment type	Single one-time payment. There is no subscription, renewal, or recurring charge.
Delivery	100% digital content. 1,500 credits are added immediately after payment confirmation — no physical shipping or installation. 실물 배송이 없는 100% 디지털 콘텐츠로, 결제 완료 확인 즉시 1,500 크레딧이 지급됩니다.
Service period	Credits are valid for 12 months from the payment date. Service for a purchase ends when all credits are used or when the 12-month validity period expires. 크레딧 유효기간은 결제일로부터 12개월이며, 크레딧을 모두 소진하거나 유효기간이 만료되는 시점에 해당 결제 건의 서비스 제공이 종료됩니다.

2. Cancellation

• If no credits have been used, a full refund may be requested within 7 days from the payment date.
  결제 후 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우, 결제일로부터 7일 이내 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
• Credits already used for completed AI character replies are excluded from refunds, as withdrawal of the offer is restricted for digital content under applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
  이미 AI 캐릭터 답변 생성에 사용한 크레딧은 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상(전자상거래법 및 콘텐츠산업진흥법 등 관련 법령에 따른 청약철회 제한 사유) 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.

3. Refund Standard

4. How to Request a Refund

Send the payment account or email, payment date, product name, and reason for the request to the contact below. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible and requested within 3 business days after eligibility is confirmed.
