Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Product and Price

| Payment type | Single one-time payment. There is no subscription, renewal, or recurring charge. |
| Access | Available immediately after payment is completed. |
| Service period | Access is provided immediately after payment completion. |
| Payment methods | KakaoPay and other payment methods provided by the operator. |
2. Cancellation
- You may request cancellation within 7 days from the payment date, unless the digital content has already been used.
- If use of paid digital content has started after payment, cancellation may be limited under applicable electronic-commerce law.
- If the content has not been used, a full refund may be requested within 7 days.
3. Refund Standard

4. How to Request a Refund
Send the payment account or email, payment date, product name, and reason for the request to the contact below. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible and requested within 3 business days after eligibility is confirmed.
