1. Purpose

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Purple and users of Ploting.

2. Service

Dreaming is an app/web-based AI interactive story platform. Users can register text content such as web novels, and AI analyzes characters, scenes, and choices to automatically generate a visual-novel-style story game that runs directly in the browser. Users can play the generated games themselves and share them with other users on the platform.

드리밍(Dreaming)은 앱/웹 기반 AI 인터랙티브 스토리 플랫폼입니다. 이용자가 웹소설 등 텍스트 콘텐츠를 등록하면 AI가 인물·장면·선택지를 분석해 브라우저에서 바로 실행되는 비주얼노벨형 스토리 게임을 자동 생성하며, 이용자는 생성된 게임을 직접 플레이하거나 플랫폼 내에서 다른 이용자와 공유하여 이용할 수 있습니다.

• AI interactive story creation: AI converts registered text into a playable interactive story game (인터랙티브 게임 창작: 등록한 텍스트를 AI가 플레이 가능한 인터랙티브 스토리 게임으로 변환).
• Game play and sharing: play generated games and share them with other users (게임 플레이 및 공유: 생성된 게임을 플레이하고 다른 이용자와 공유).
• AI interactive story chat and related content tests.
• Landing-page response measurement, account features, launch notices, and payment access where available.
• Features may change during the test period. Material changes will be announced where appropriate.

3. Accounts

Users may create or use an account through the available login flow. Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure.

4. Paid Access

The paid product is Ploting 1,500 Credits for KRW 14,900, VAT included, as a one-time payment. Each completed AI character reply deducts 10 credits. Failed message delivery or AI generation is not charged, and no physical goods are shipped.

유료 상품은 14,900원(부가세 포함)을 1회 결제하고 Ploting AI 캐릭터 대화용 1,500 크레딧을 충전하는 디지털 상품입니다. AI 답변 생성 완료 1회당 10 크레딧이 차감되고, 전송·생성 실패 시에는 차감되지 않으며 실물 상품 배송은 없습니다.

1,500 credits are added immediately after payment confirmation and can be used on the website. Credits are valid for 12 months from the payment date. Service for a purchase ends when all credits are used or when the validity period expires. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

결제 완료 확인 즉시 1,500 크레딧이 지급되어 웹사이트에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 크레딧 유효기간은 결제일로부터 12개월이며, 크레딧을 모두 소진하거나 유효기간이 만료되면 해당 결제 건의 서비스 제공이 종료됩니다. 환불 및 청약철회는 환불·취소 정책에 따릅니다.

5. User Conduct

• Do not submit false information, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's information.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety controls, automate abuse, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Do not post unlawful, violent, obscene, or harmful content through the service.

6. AI Responses

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for entertainment and testing purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

Story, character, visual, UI, and source assets created by the operator remain the property of the operator or relevant rights holders. Users receive only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.

8. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service may be interrupted or changed during testing. The operator is not liable for issues caused by events beyond reasonable control or by a user's own misuse.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
